How to Format the Last Reported Time Column of Current Status Report for Sorting



1. Download the Current Status report. 

2. Open the report in Excel.
3. Remove the irrelevent columns: A, B, I-K, M-T.
4. Format the sheet to make sorting easier.
5. Create a new column next to the Last Reported Time column.
6. In the new column type "=--F3". F3 being the Last Reported Time column referance. Replace with whichever column is in your spreadsheet if needed.
7. Right-click on the new column and format the cells to display as a date.
8. Select "3/14/12 1:30 PM" from the list of date formats.
9. You can now sort by the new date time column.
