How to Reboot a Tracker
In the event a tracker becomes unresponsive, contact overviewcustomerservice@logikos.com prior to performing a reboot. We will actively monitor your tracker and work with you to help bring your tracker to a responsive state.
Instructions on how to reboot a tracker:
- Locate tracker in vehicle.
- Pull both fuses on the tracker wiring harness.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Plug wiring harness fuses back in.
- Start vehicle and let it run for 5 minutes.
- Confirm there are NO red LEDs illuminated.
- Contact overviewcustomerservice@logikos.com so we can monitor from our side.
