How to Reboot a Tracker

In the event a tracker becomes unresponsive, contact overviewcustomerservice@logikos.com prior to performing a reboot. We will actively monitor your tracker and work with you to help bring your tracker to a responsive state.

Instructions on how to reboot a tracker:
  1. Locate tracker in vehicle.
  2. Pull both fuses on the tracker wiring harness.
  3. Wait 15 seconds.
  4. Plug wiring harness fuses back in.
  5. Start vehicle and let it run for 5 minutes.
  6. Confirm there are NO red LEDs illuminated.
  7. Contact overviewcustomerservice@logikos.com so we can monitor from our side.
