How do I zoom in on an object on the screen without losing it on the map?

How do I zoom in on an object on the screen without losing it on the map?

  1. Keep your mouse centered over the object on the map that you want to zoom in on. 
  2. Using the mouse scroll wheel, scroll in to stay centered over your mouse pointer.
