What do the red LEDs on my tracker mean?

There are two red LEDs on the tracker motherboard. The one is closest to the 9V battery is the cellular status LED.  The other is the GPS status LED.  

The cellular LED will have three possible states:

1. Off - Indicates the tracker has a good cellular reception and is connected to a cellular tower.
   
2. Blinking - Indicates the tracker is unable to connect and is in it's "retry" strategy attempting to connect.
   
3. On - No cellular reception but attempting connection
   

The GPS status LED has two states:

1. Off - Indicates the GPS receiver is receiving signals from multiple satellites and is able to provide at worst poor GPS resolution.
   
2. On - No GPS reception but attempting connection
