No, however each job site must have a unique name.

No, each job site must have a unique name. However, you can re-open a job site by clicking on the job site and then by clicking re-open job site.
Why aren't my assets populating into my job site immediately?
To ensure an asset is not in transit while visiting a job site, an asset must be at the job site for a minimum of 4 hours before populating into the job site. This is also true for job site history reports.
