Read the Results

Each row is one tag and the equipment it's attached to.

ColumnWhat It Means
Warranty StatusEXPIRED (in red) or OK.
Equipment TagThe tag ID, as printed on the tag's label.
EquipmentThe equipment the tag is attached to. If it shows the tag ID, the equipment was never given its own name.
AgeHow old the tag is (for example, 1y 327d means 1 year, 327 days).
Last Heard FromHow long ago any tracker last picked up this tag (for example, 48m, 1d 1h 3m or 5y 67d).
Last Known ContainerThe warehouse, vehicle or job site the tag was in the last time it was heard.
Last Known AddressThe street address of that last known spot.

What "Unknown" Age Means

An Age of Unknown means Overview doesn't have a start date on record for that tag, usually because it was set up before tag dates were tracked. Most of the time, this data can be backfilled upon request. Please email overviewcustomerservice@overview.com for requesting tag age data be backfilled.

IMPORTANT

Last Known Container is where the tag was last heard, not necessarily where it is now. A tag that hasn't been heard from in years may still show a warehouse. Always check Last Heard From alongside it.

Filter and Sort the Results
