Give everyone who needs Overview their own login. Administrators add and manage users on Admin > User.
1 Open Admin > User | 2 Add Click + and fill in. | 3 Role Pick what they can do. | 4 Share Send them their login. |
From the left-hand menu, select Admin, then User. Each row shows the User Name, Full Name, Role, whether the login is Disabled, Email, Phone Number, Last Login and a Comment.
TIP Check Last Login now and then. A login nobody has used in months may belong to someone who's left, and should be disabled. |
On Admin > User, click the + button next to the page title. The Add User window opens.
| Field | What to Enter |
|---|---|
| Username | What they'll type to sign in, such as jsmith. |
| Full Name | Their first and last name. |
| Their work email. Needed for alerts. | |
| Phone Number | Optional. |

Click Save. The user appears in the list.
Give them the portal address (overview.logikos.com), their user name and starting password, and a link to Logging In to the Overview Portal. Send the password separately from the user name.
Click the user's row, then the pencil (Edit). You can change their name, email, phone, role or comment. Click Save.
| Option | When to Use It |
|---|---|
| Disable (recommended) | Someone leaves or no longer needs access. Edit the user, check Disabled and click Save. They can't sign in, and you can turn it back on later. |
| Delete | A login was created by mistake. Select the row and click the trash can. This can't be undone. |
IMPORTANT Disable logins as soon as someone leaves your company. Remove any alerts sent to them on Admin > Alert too. |
