Add an Alert

1Open Admin > Alert

From the left-hand menu, select Admin, then Alert. The list shows every alert that's set up: who gets it, for which groups, the type and its settings.

2Click Add

Click the + button next to the page title. The Add Alert window opens.

3Choose who gets it

Pick the person in the User list. Leave Groups set to All Groups, or click the list icon to limit the alert to some groups, such as one branch.

4Choose the Alert Type

Pick the type from the Alert Type list. The settings on the right change to match.

5Set the schedule

For every type except the two mileage alerts, set how often the alert is checked and sent:

  • Every: a number and Day, Week, Month or Year. For example, Every 1 Week.
  • For weekly alerts, click the days it should go out (S M T W T F S). The selected days are dark.
  • Alert Time: the time of day to send it.
  • Start Date: the first day it runs.
  • Fill in any extra setting for that type, such as Date Range (days).

For the mileage alerts, choose the Vehicles and enter the miles instead.
