The Equipment History report shows where a single piece of equipment has been over a date range: which vehicles, job sites and warehouses it was in, when it arrived, when it left, and how long it stayed. A map traces the path it took.

TIP Don't know the asset name? Look it up first under Find > Equipment. |
From the left-hand menu, select Report, then Equipment History.
Enter a Start Date and End Date. The report opens with the last 7 days already filled in, which is a good place to start.
Click the Asset field and choose the equipment from the list, or start typing its name to narrow the list.
An asset is required. If the field is blank, it turns red and the report won't run.
By default the report shows a summary of where the equipment was.
TIP Leave these unchecked for a quick overview. Turn them on when you need to pin down exactly when something happened. |
Click the Run Report button (▷) next to the report title.
Below the map, each row is one stretch of time the equipment spent in one place.
