The Job Site History report summarizes everything that happened at one job site: which equipment was delivered and removed, which vehicle brought it and took it away, when, and how many days it stayed.
1 Open Report > Job Site History | 2 Pick Job Site Choose the job site. | 3 Run Click Run Report. | 4 Review Check deliveries and pickups. |
NOTE Only equipment that was at the job site for at least 4 hours appears on this report. Brief stops, like a truck passing by, are left out. |
From the left-hand menu, select Report, then Job Site History.
Click the Job Site field and pick the job from the list, or start typing its name to narrow the list.
Only open job sites are listed. Check Show Closed to include job sites that have been closed.
Click the Run Report button (▷) next to the report title.
Each row is one piece of equipment that was at the job site.
| Column | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Category | The equipment category, such as Dehumidifier. Blank if no category is set. See Setting Up Equipment Categories. |
| Asset Type | The make or model of the equipment. |
| Asset Name | The equipment's name. |
| Group | If your portal utilizes grouping, the group will be displayed in this column. |
| Duration (days) | How many days the equipment was at the job site. If it hasn't been removed yet, this keeps counting. |
| Equipment Delivered | When the equipment arrived at the job site. |
| Equipment Removed | When the equipment left. N/A means it's still there. |
| Delivered By / Removed By | The vehicle that brought or took the equipment. |
| Asset Comment / Asset Assigned To | The Comment and Assigned To details from the equipment's record. |
| You See | What It Means |
|---|---|
| N/A in Equipment Removed | The equipment hasn't left the job site yet. No removal time or vehicle is shown. |
| Untracked Vehicle? | The equipment moved, but the vehicle that carried it isn't tracked by Overview, so it can't be named. |
| Background Sweep | The equipment was already at that location before the job site was created in Overview. It's counted as delivered at the moment the job site was created. |
TIP Before closing a job, run this report and filter Equipment Removed for N/A (Contains). Anything listed is still on site and needs to be picked up. See also Background Sweep for Job Site History Report. |
Click the funnel icon under any column heading, choose how to match (such as Contains or Does not contain), type a value and click Apply. Click Clear to remove it. Click a column heading to sort: once for ascending, again for descending, and a third time to turn that sort off.
| Button | What It Does |

| Equipment I know was there is missing | It may have been there less than 4 hours, or its tag wasn't heard while it was there. Check it with the Equipment History report. |
