Purchased Trackers Report
The Purchased Trackers report lists every Overview tracker your company has purchased, what each one is attached to, when it was shipped, and when it was last heard from.
1 Open Report > Purchased Trackers | 2 Run Click Run Report. | 3 Filter Find unattached or quiet ones. | 4 Act Assign, check or replace. |
Before You Begin
Use This Report To Answer
- How many trackers do we own?
- Which trackers aren't attached to anything yet?
- When were our trackers shipped?
- Which trackers haven't been heard from recently?
What You'll Need
- Your Overview portal user name and password. There are no other settings.
Run the Report
1Open Purchased Trackers
From the left-hand menu, select Report, then Purchased Trackers.
2Run the report
Click the Run Report button (▷) next to the report title. The table stays empty until you do.
Read the Results
| Column | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Hardware Id | The tracker's ID, as printed on its label. |
| Attached To Asset | The vehicle or warehouse the tracker is assigned to. Blank means it isn't attached to anything yet. |
| Last Heard From | The date and time the tracker last reported. |
| Shipped Date | When Logikos shipped the tracker to you. Unknown means no ship date is on record. |
| Retired Date | When the tracker was retired. N/A means it's still active. |
| Comment | Notes about the tracker, such as which shipment it came in. |
TIP A tracker heard from today is working. One that hasn't reported in days may have lost power or been unplugged. See Tracker Troubleshooting. |
Filter and Sort the Results
Click the funnel icon under any column heading, choose how to match (such as Contains or Does not contain), type a value and click Apply. Click Clear to remove it. Click a column heading to sort: once for ascending, again for descending, and a third time to turn that sort off.

Other Buttons

| Reset Columns (↦↤) | Resets any columns you resized and fits the column widths to the data. |
| Download (⬇) | Downloads the results in .xlsx format. |
| Run Report (▷) | Runs the report with your current choices. |
Troubleshooting

| The table says "No records available" | Click Run Report (▷). |
| A tracker I have isn't listed | Contact Customer Support with its Hardware Id. |
| A tracker isn't attached to anything | Editing an Asset (Vehicle Tracker field) |
